PRE ORDER TERMS & CONDITION
From time to time we will have pre ordering exercises conducted on the page. The following bears the respective Terms & Conditions to the various types of purchases.
Please read carefully. When in doubt, please pm us via Facebook or email us to clarify before your purchase.
Please note that payment upfront is required for all purchases, unless otherwise arranged.
JOINT PURCHASE PRE-ORDERS
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please take note of respective book release dates.
- Payment upfront required in 2-phases. Each phase payment to be completed in full within 48hrs of billing receipt, unless otherwise arranged.
- No payment within 48hrs of billing msg sent at any phase means books are at my disposal.
- Mutual trust and understanding during this exercise.
- At any point if there is a no-delivery by seller in US, your money will be refunded.
- Prices subjected to changes by US sellers and prevailing taxes.
- Exchange Rate at 1.65 currently for all USD-SGD.
- Prices listed will be EXCLUDING all domestic & international shipping cost, which will only be charged upon books arrival.
- By placing an order with me, you are agreeable to all the T&C listed.
PAYMENT:
- Payment mode available via Interbank Transfer or Paylah, and Paypal for foreign buyers.
- Paypal payment will be subjected to an additional 8% paypal admin fee.
- Payments will be collected in 2 PHASES:
* Phase One - Upon Book/s Order, Full amount of the book listed price must be paid within 48 Hours from invoice
issuance. Otherwise purchase will be deemed default and voided. Buyer will be banned from future activities on
page and be highlighted to local comic collectors community.
In several cases, there will be additional domestic postage cost for books shipping from seller to our US forwarder.
This amount will be collected during this phase as well.
* Phase Two - Upon Book/s Arrival, Shipping cost from US to SG will be divisible over the number of books within that
particular shipment proportionately.
One encapsulated book will bear 2 portions of shipping cost share as compared to a single raw book.
Other book types will be calculated accordingly to weight and size.
This cost will be collected during this phase, before your collection of the book/s.
COLLECTION:
- Pick-Up location TO BE CONFIRMED.
- Postage local & overseas at cost.
- Local Courier not available at the moment.
- Malaysia Courier min S$10/way at date/time TBA, provided by third party agent.
IMPORTANT:
Please understand that this is a joint purchase exercise. Meaning my books are within the order too. Main objective is to share shipping. This is definitely not an option for impatient individuals. In any case of misfortune to our orders, we shall suffer together.
As this is a Pre-Order, please expect 4-6 weeks for books to arrive AFTER Book Release Date.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF INDIVIDUAL BOOK'S RELEASE DATE!!
If you don't get to catch the train before closing, then you've gotta wait till books arrival and be subjected to listed prices.
In the case of having books condition variation, best copies will be reserved for you guys, in sequence of confirmation. There shall be no guarantee of high grade condition, due to various factors (eg. Postage mishandling; inadequate packing by sellers.)
Pls note that books availability and price change (if any) are subjected to seller's website publication at the point of ordering.
Our orders will reach much later than any LCS.
We also publish our own comic books periodically. And they will be subjected to the follwing Terms & Conditions.
